Aventura is a medium-sized city located in the state of Florida. With a population of 38,741 people and 14 associated neighborhoods, Aventura is the 86th largest community in Florida. Housing costs in Aventura are among some of the highest in the nation, although real estate prices here don't compare to real estate prices in the most expensive communities in Florida.Aventura is a decidedly white-collar city, with fully 91.60% of the workforce employed in white-collar jobs, well above the national average. Overall, Aventura is a city of managers, sales and office workers, and professionals.
